Sri Krishna Instructs His Friend and Disciple Arjuna In Bhagavad Gita - Ch 4 Verse 34:
"Just try to learn the truth by approaching a spiritual master. Inquire from him submissively and render service unto him. The self-realized soul can impart knowledge unto you because he has seen the truth."
Purport - Bhagavad Gita As It Is by AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada
"The path of spiritual realization is undoubtedly difficult. The Lord therefore advises us to approach a bona fide spiritual master in the line of disciplic succession from the Lord Himself. No one can be a bona fide spiritual master without following this principle of disciplic succession. The Lord is the original spiritual master, and a person in the disciplic succession can convey the message of the Lord as it is to his disciple"

Key verses revealed in Bhagavad gita, spoken by lord Sri Krishna
Bg Chapter 10 Verses 8-11
"I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. The wise who know this perfectly engage in My devotional service and worship Me with all their hearts.
The thoughts of My pure devotees dwell in Me, their lives are surrendered to Me, and they derive great satisfaction and bliss enlightening one another and conversing about Me.
To those who are constantly devoted and worship Me with love, I give the understanding by which they can come to Me.
Out of compassion for them, I, dwelling in their hearts, destroy with the shining lamp of knowledge the darkness born of ignorance."

God/source is within everyone's heart as friend and loving guide
Bg 9.1-2 Krishna Tells Arjuna
"The Supreme Lord said: My dear Arjuna, because you are never envious of Me, I shall impart to you this most secret wisdom, knowing which you shall be relieved of the miseries of material existence. This knowledge is the king of education, the most secret of all secrets. It is the purest knowledge, and because it gives direct perception of the self by realization, it is the perfection of religion. It is everlasting, and it is joyfully performed."
Purport....
"...Generally, people are not educated in this confidential knowledge; they are educated in external knowledge. As far as ordinary education is concerned, people are involved with so many departments: politics, sociology, physics, chemistry, mathematics, astronomy, engineering, etc. There are so many departments of knowledge all over the world and many huge universities, but there is, unfortunately, no university or educational institution where the science of the spirit soul is instructed. Yet the soul is the most important part of this body; without the presence of the soul, the body has no value. Still people are placing great stress on the bodily necessities of life, not caring for the vital soul...."
Bg 5,15
"I am seated in everyone's heart, and from Me come remembrance, knowledge and forgetfulness. By all the Vedas am I to be known; indeed I am the compiler of Vedānta, and I am the knower of the Vedas."
Bg 18.61
The Supreme Lord is situated in everyone's heart, O Arjuna, and is directing the wanderings of all living entities, who are seated as on a machine, made of the material energy."
returning back home, back to Godhead - the ultimate reality
Plainly speaking, what science mostly claims as a new discoveries, are primarily a revelations of a law or discoveries of a construct of something that was already existing. The discovery was innate in nature, but not obvious, clearly defined or fully understood.
Once blessed with a "new" insight, a subject may try to utilize or re-work those revelations/discoveries with any number of motives - with widely varying results. Knowledge is power - power that can be used to liberate or enslave oneself or liberate or enslave others .
How power or knowledge is utilized, corresponds to evolving state of one's physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and and sometimes spiritual paradigms of life. Due to a measure of free will, each person can develop a set of paradigms of their choice, or not. Part of the gift of conscious life on earth, is the time allotted to see observe, how one's conscious or unconscious paradigms or mindsets are working out.
One's time allotted is an operative phrase here, in that everyone's time for assessment is limited and different; no one knows how much time they have on earth - or what the reality of time really is for the thoughtful. We only know time is going to run out at some point, for the physical flesh and blood vehicle one drives.
Animals may not be concerned or even aware of an ordained limited lifespad, although naturally they will avoid being a meal for another animal if possible, before succumbing to disease or old age. But humans enjoy an entitlement denied their animal brethren. Human beings - although perfectly capable of living a life indistinguishable from animals, those creatures similarly preoccupied only with eating, sleeping, mating and defending - have a higher potential. This higher potential is the ability question their existence, including the origin of various pains and sufferings, and ability to consider a purposeful life
Some sacred texts, such as the Vedantra Sutra (coded aphorisms of spiritual import) emphatically encourage the human species: "Athato Brahma Jijnasya" meaning being: "Now is the time to inquire about the nature of the Absolute Truth - the Ultimate Reality. What is matter, what is spirit, and who is the controller of both?
A second aphorism answers "Janma yasya yathaha" the translation being: "The Absolute Truth is that from which everything emanates". Humankind has grappled with this concept for millennia. Does a unified Absolute Truth actually exist, or just measures of truth closeted into man-made ontological divisions of objective, subjective, temporal, timeless, theoretical, mathematical, physical, meta-physical, astrophysical theological, atheistic, multi-dimensional, agnostic, emotional, past-present-futurist, existentialist, ,intellectual, psychological, egotistical, psychic, reductionist, psychedelic, cosmological, impersonal, voyeuristic, and void-ist categories of parallel/coexisting, boxes/models/harbingers of truth?
Is there be any common denominator, any underlying or invisible weave holding the basket together?
The short answer is yes, from the Brahma-Madhava-Guadiya Sampradaya school of Vedic standards and revelation. The answer is simple, yet a conundrum. It's already known to everyone, experienced within and without. To the logician, empiricist, and general researcher, the acceptance of the answer is a damned-if-we do, and damned-if-we-don't, proposition. The catch-22 nature of the beast, is that the universal medium and mechanism that everyone utilizes for deciphering truth and reality, is a mystery unto itself.
That invisible, tasteless, odorless, and immeasurable phenomenon, is the very thing that contributes to the seeing, tasting, smelling, and measuring, of the gross and subtle realities of our perceptual world; It is the driver behind the wheel, and it invented and assembled the car. It is the ghost theater, where love and hate, nurture and neglect, good and evil, all perform an act - then dash offstage. It adds our gains, and subtracts our losses. It seeks a goal, then ponders if attaining the goal was worth it the effort. It might first indicate a solid yes, and then reflect a more solid, no! It is there in different features while awake, dreaming, or in deep sleep. It is there while the body is alive. It is gone/relocates, when the body dies. It seeks to unite, and sometimes to disengage. In personal units, it has quantitative limits, but as spark of it's Creator, it has a magnificent dose of the qualities from the unlimited energetic Source from which it manifested originally. It is not found in a rock or grain of sand, without it we wouldn't a rock ever existed.
It's one's personal consciousness which is boon and bane of the seemingly mortal rationalist. No one can ascertain the exact origin of consciousness in the cosmos, or exact location at any one time - yet one can't come to any single conclusion without employing it. We would like to think we could completely control it, but it slips away nightly. Some in science are not comfortable with the idea, that some things just may be inconceivable to the human mind - like where the physical universe ends, or what is the source of all energy, or even what time actually is. The human mind can't even keep track or store all of the information even presently on the internet - what to speak of off-planet mysteries and dimensions.
To accept that some things just might be inconceivable - on both the material and non-material levels of reality, is not a defeat, or a sign of being anti-science. The good news for the super-inquisitive, is that through the medium of personal consciousness, almost anything one wants know, can be revealed from within, by connecting to Source consciousness, or the Paramatma or Holy Spirit within - who is situated transcendentally in the heart of everyone, as mentioned above. It is a bit of humility - realizing that there is a greater reality and levels of consciousness higher than one's own - which open the door for those gracious realities to be revealed. Just as one's consciousness pervades the body, the universal and personal consciousness of the Supreme Source/Creator pervades the universe and each heart for the purpose of expanding unconditional spiritual love.
Being purified of the material elements and false ego conceptions of separateness from Godhead, one's real spiritual consciousness can be remembered and revived, once seeing through the trappings of matter. It is by understanding one's active relationship of love and service between oneself and Source/Godhead/Creator, that one begins to recall and reactivate one's relationship with the Supreme Personality of Godhead. As stated above, this realization is everlasting, and joyfully performed.
As for understanding the nature of personal consciousness, the description is that consciousness is the tangible symptom, of one's non-material soul. It is because of the presence of the Supersoul - mentioned in the Gita verses above, that the individual soul is experiencing the entangling of one's spirit and one's material body. One's material body, is the vehicle for experiencing life disconnected to spirit, through material, bodily identification. Thus one's pure spirit identifies as something it's not - as a man/woman, black/white, rich/poor, fat/thin, or with one political party oven another - this all illusion; mis-identifying social constructs of temporary tribal concerns, for the needs of eternal self. To understand "I am not this body, I am a loving servant of spirit and Godhead" is to experience opening the door to spiritual reality - is not spiritual bypassing wherein one claims to be on a higher platform, while acting foolishly in false ego.
Actual science, religion, philosophy aspires for discovering that already existing Absolute truth; an Absolute truth which accounts for everything in our existence and beyond - all life, consciousness, matter, spirit, relative truths and eternal truths spring from that one Creator Source -The Supreme Personality of Godhead. Sri Krishna is described in the Bhagavad Gita, as the Supreme, All-Attractive, energetic Source. In this present age of materialistic quarrel and hypocrisy, chanting of the great mantra for delivering the mind (the Maha Mantra) and associating directly with Sri Krishna one can chant the followring, and make one's life sublime

Thank you for reading. As your host of this website, I'll post some short videos, which hopefully resonate one some level or another, regarding seeing Godhead, Sri Krishna personally by His touch in nature, and conscious representation in sound and in discussing sacred texts. Having received first and second initiations from our beloved Spiritual Master, HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in 1973 and 1974, my sankalpa, or focused attempt, is to faithfully repeat his message at this time in 2024 and onward, without any adulteration superfluous speculation. Although I'm imperfect myself, passing down the perfect wisdom revealed by Sri Krishna in the Gita and to Srila Prabhupada directly, is a means by which I can attempt to serve a greater audience, who may be inclined to hear such topics - which is also service to, for, and by each reader - for everyone's eternal benefit. Thank you!
Gratefully yours in service,
